## Description     Field Service Technician I Overview:   The Field Service Technician I plays a vital role in ensuring the accurate installation of low voltage systems. They will encompass efficient teamwork and independent project execution. Beyond the installation, they will excel in delivering fundamental customer training on system operations. The role not only involves technical progress but also demands effective communication and dedication to precision, guaranteeing the successful implementation and functionality of these systems.   Field Service Technician I Responsibilities: ·         Reviews project quotes and scopes before beginning an onsite execution ·         Inspects installation sites, studies work orders, architectural plans, and comprehensive installation methods ·         Installs low voltage cabling, devices, and systems, adhering to precise specifications, relevant codes, and industry practices, as directed by their supervisor ·         Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with installed systems ·         Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of systems as needed ·         Respond promptly to service calls and customer inquiries ·         Travel extensively across mostly within the Midwest and on occasion weekends that are necessary for multiple sites; Home most weekends ·         Provide excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction   Field Service Technician I Qualifications: ·         Hands-on/field experience from previous work experience ·         Possesses and maintains a working knowledge of basic IT networking, configurations and IP addressing ·         Ability to read architectural drawings ·         Team management/supervisor experience ·         Previous experience completing projects within scope ·         Previous experience with service ticketing processes ·         Any previous knowledge in fire, CCTV, intrusion, emergency nurse call systems ·         Excellent communication skills ·         Must have valid US
