What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 2 years construction trade, Hands-on/field experience, Basic telecommunication knowledge, Working knowledge of basic IT networking, Ability to read architectural drawings, Team management/supervisor experience, Previous experience completing projects, Previous experience with service ticketing, Valid US Driver’s license
Nice to Have
Knowledge in fire, CCTV, intrusion, emergency nurse call systems

Execute Level 1 installer roles
Uphold installation standards
Handle project and service tickets
Provide prompt updates
Take accountability for tasks
Deliver outstanding results
Delegate tasks within team
Mentor Level 1 installers
Seek feedback for improvement

Perform Factory Authorized Testing
Provide customer training
