Travel within a 2-hour radius from Moncton, New Brunswick, Occasional overnight travel, Travel more than usual for training purposes, Must be able to obtain authorization to travel to the United States for training
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least 2 years of field service experience and/or customer-facing roles, Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel, A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required, Basic computer/technical skills (can use email, software, phone apps, Microsoft Word), Must be able to obtain authorization to travel to the United States for training
Nice to Have
Electronic and electrical skills are preferred

Maintaining and supporting customer equipment
Installation of Videojet devices
Diagnostics of Videojet devices
Troubleshooting of Videojet devices
Provide ongoing care and support for customer's equipment
Install products and solutions at customer locations
Diagnose and resolve challenges and problems
Extend Videojet footprint in the market
