What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience working on high/medium voltage heavy equipment (1, 000 Volts), Experience repairing hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical (up to 3, 400 PSI), Experience reading blueprints & schematics, Willing to travel internationally for training, Willing to travel frequently to worksites, A safety champion capable of working alone and stopping work, if required, Excellent troubleshooting ability with diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
Experience with MIG and Stick welding, Experience with underground field mining, MHSA certification, or willing to be certified
What You'll Do.

* Sandvik Mining is looking for a Field Service Technician, within 1 hour of Brier Hill, PA! * If you have a strong mechanical or electrical background and strong diagnostic skills, Sandvik Mining welcomes you to consider this fantastic Field Service Technician opportunity! Sandvik Mining is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a leading global supplier of equipment and tools, service and technical solutions for the mining industry. The offering covers rock drilling, rock cutting, rock crushing, loading and hauling, and materials handling. ## Location: Within 1-2 hour commute to Brier Hill, PA. ## Reports to: Field Service Supervisor ## Key performance areas As the Field Service Technician, you will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and or electrical aspects of underground mining equipment and components at high profile mining sites. The Field Service Technician is also responsible for new equipment commissioning and training at customer sites with minimal supervision.
