We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team focused on revolutionizing manufacturing processes. As a key member of our technical workforce, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced robotic welding systems and automation equipment. This role demands a strong understanding of engineering principles, hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to integrate cutting-edge technology into diverse manufacturing environments. What You’ll Do Operate and maintain a state-of-the-art multi-robotic welding system, demonstrating proficiency in robotic kinematics and dynamics. Load, monitor, and inspect welded assemblies with precision utilizing robotic vision systems and sensors. Accurately manage inventory of parts and completed assemblies. Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on automation equipment and cells, both locally and at customer sites. Record and analyze data to facilitate engineering-driven issue resolution. Monitor cell performance and ensure precise part fit-up. Operate specialized machines integrated into customer manufacturing processes. Integrate autonomous welding cells into customer manufacturing processes, demonstrating proficiency in robotic system integration and communication protocols.
