West Coast States, Must be willing to travel during the initial training phase if necessary, Must be able to lift carry and push up to 75lbs on a daily basis, May require prolonged visual concentration on small or detailed areas
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 2 years of experience repairing semiconductor vacuum equipment, Associate of Science degree in a technical field, or equivalent technical or military experience and/or certification, computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Must be able to lift carry and push up to 75lbs on a daily basis, May require prolonged visual concentration on small or detailed areas (e.g. , monitors, screens, spreadsheets, documents, and magnifying glasses)
Nice to Have
preferred experience in CRM and SAP systems
What You'll Do.
and execution of repairs and preventative maintenance on INFICON Leak Detectors at customer sites
In-House repairs at our service center in Santa Clara
Provide support with initial setup and basic operational training on new leak detectors
Educate customers on best practices for leak detection relevant to their specific applications
Identify opportunities to promote leak detector accessories and new products while supporting customers in the field
Provide INFICON Key Account Managers and management with feedback on products
and competitive trends
Provide technical and application support as needed
Interface with our internal customers and make recommendations concerning Field Service Techniques and Applications
Utilize SAP and CRM systems to generate customer quotes and process service orders
Maintain INFICON's ISO 9001 registration by keeping procedures and files up-to-date
Perform other duties as assigned
