Valid Driver's License, Ability to work independently, Ability to sit, stoop, kneel, bend, stand, or walk for 8-10 hours a day, Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, Comfortable with daily local travel, Comfortable managing work both in the field and remote, 100% travel-based role, Frequent and extended travel is required

Experience in solar installation, maintenance, or operations, Knowledge of electrical systems and components, Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment, Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, Basic computer skills for reporting and data entry
What You'll Do.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on solar energy systems
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with equipment
Respond to service calls and ensure timely resolution of problems
Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies
Travel to project sites as required
Manage work both in the field and remote
