What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 + years of hands-on experience with troubleshooting hardware, maintenance and repairs, Valid Driver’s License with no major violations, Willingness to drive between CVS locations within Summerlin, Las Vegas, Henderson, Nevada area (Reside in the territory supported), Available to work days, nights, weekends, holidays, Ability to lift 75lbs + and occasionally work on a ladder

What You'll Do.
Provides technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware
Answers questions regarding system procedures
systems status and downtime procedures
Delivers technical support to field employees
assisting with resolving issues related to point-of-sale (POS) systems
and inventory management systems
Performs regular maintenance tasks
such as software updates
and equipment replacements
to ensure the smooth functioning of various systems within the store
under minimal supervision
Integrates new technology equipment into stores
including setting up new POS terminals
and ensuring proper connectivity
Conducts most complex troubleshooting when technical issues arise
including diagnosing the problems and implementing appropriate solutions
Assists in the management of maintaining accurate records of all service calls
equipment installations
and maintenance tasks performed
and equipment are ready by inventorying stock and placing orders
