Join our team and start your journey today! **Key Responsibilities** * Commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting Vilter industrial refrigeration compressors and natural gas compressors equipment mainly in the India with opportunities to work in IMEA region. * Coordinate and execute preventative maintenance and warranty work, including but not limited to oil filter changes, oil changes, compressor inspections and repairs, instrument replacement and controls repairs. * Perform technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for customers via phone and email. * Understand and optimize system operational parameters for gas and refrigeration applications. * Conduct/participate in technical training for Copeland and Vilter equipment * Work with and assist the Sales and Business Development teams where possible * Participate in joint sales calls with other Copeland team members when needed. * Become a trusted advisor for customer technical inquiries. * Complete reports and administrative paperwork for service trips. * Collaborate with engineering and quality to report findings in the field and improve products. **Qualifications:** * **Education:** Diploma in Mechanical / ITI or simila
