Aligned with our Cudahy, WI location, you will be responsible for providing commissioning, troubleshooting, and helping our customers and contractors maintain our equipment in the field and through phone support. In addition to the responsibilities below, this position requires a highly motivated individual who is driven by process compliance and continuous improvement to effectively serve our customers and equipment. **AS A FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN, YOU WILL:** * Carry out commissioning, start-up and troubleshooting of Vilter industrial refrigeration compressors and natural gas compressors equipment mainly in the United States with opportunities to work globally. * Coordinate and assist Copeland subcontractors with preventative maintenance and warranty work. * Perform technical troubleshooting and problem resolution for customers, with support from Copeland and Vilter Engineering, Parts, and Service personnel. * Conduct/participate in technical training for Copeland and Vilter equipmen
