What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years hardware/software/IT support, Troubleshooting, diagnostic, problem-solving skills, Excellent communication, customer service, documentation abilities, Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, Ability to meet eligibility for Federal Government Facilities access, Medical or electromechanical device repair experience
Nice to Have
Associate degree in related field or 3+ years experience, 24x7 on-call service experience, CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent
What You'll Do.
Provide remote/on-site technical support
Diagnose and repair hardware/software components
Troubleshoot complex issues
Support government accounts
Execute preventive maintenance programs
Perform installations
Maintain accurate spare parts inventory
Properly maintain company assets
Build positive customer relationships
Document service activities
Partner with Sales and Implementation teams
Follow service procedures
Ensure service documentation meets requirements
Uphold company safety policies
Participate in ongoing training
Stay informed on emerging technologies
Work independently and collaboratively
Support leadership with escalations
Contribute to preventive service culture
