Must Have

2+ years hands-on experience, Valid Driver's License, Available to travel Monday-Friday weekly, Ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects, Safely climb a ladder up to 30 ft, Ability to operate power equipment, Basic Math Skills

Nice to Have

Experience with access control systems, Experience with fire alarms, OSHA certification, Familiarity with OSHA compliance

Conduct preventative maintenance
