Conduct regular site visits

Provide after-hours support
Answer technician questions
Conduct coaching conversations
Hold regular team meetings
Monitor employee training completion
Plan training for technicians
Complete performance reviews
Maintain employee records
Support employee career development
Work with Workers Compensation
