Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience, 4+ years of experience in HVAC controls, BMS, or field service, Proven experience in service, maintenance, and troubleshooting on live sites, Coordination skills managing technicians and multiple service activities, Ability to work in high-pressure, uptime-driven environments, Communication and customer-facing skills
