What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Technical diploma or higher in Biomedical Engineering Technology or Electronics Engineering Technology, or a related field, Minimum of 3-years of relatable experience, Ability to travel to and from the United States, Hold a valid driver’s G license, Meet Beckman Coulter’s safe driver criteria, Annual background checks, immunizations, and required training, Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record over the past three years, Able to lift, lower, and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted, Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, turning, crouching/crawling, pushing/pulling, Prolonged sitting or standing, Reach at, above, and below shoulder level, Flex/extend the neck, Good hand and finger dexterity
Nice to Have
Field service experience preferred, Servicing Hematology instrumentation, Servicing Chemistry instrumentation, Servicing Immunochemistry instrumentation, Servicing IVD instrumentation, Servicing lab automation

Complete timely and accurate preventive maintenance
Complete timely and accurate field modifications
Complete timely and accurate instrument repairs
Complete timely and accurate service documentation
Deliver exceptional customer service
Provide technical training on diagnostic products and systems
Focus on customer needs and satisfaction
Build and enhance relationship with the customer
