Full Job Description

## Accountabilities Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and evaluation of medical equipment and systems in customer environments. Provide on-site and remote technical support, including second- and third-level troubleshooting for complex issues. Prioritize, schedule, and execute technical service tasks according to operational and customer needs. Support planning, estimation, and execution of technical service activities across different project phases. Contribute to the improvement of internal tools, processes, equipment, and technical documentation. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage or support coordination with subcontractors and monitor service delivery quality when applicable. Participate in technical design discussions and improvements related to service offerings. Requirements: Technical or higher education degree in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related fields. Experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance of complex equipment, preferably in healthcare or medical technology environments. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for diagnosing hardware and system issues. Ability to work independently in field operations, managing priorities and service schedules effectively. Experience providing remote and on-site technical support to customers. Knowledge of service processes, maintenance procedures, and technical documentation standards. Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple concurrent tasks. Based in Brasília-DF, Brazil.
