This is a unique opportunity to join the UK organisation as it scales and help build the teams that will support the next generation of recycling infrastructure. As a Field Engineer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting TOMRA’s mission to transform the way the world recycles—while always putting safety first. Whether working with equipment, customers, or travelling between sites, you’ll operate in a safety-focused environment where the wellbeing of our people and customers is a top priority. You’ll help keep our technology running smoothly by maintaining, repairing, and optimising equipment at customer sites. This is a hands-on, early-career role with a mix of planned and reactive work, offering variety, autonomy, and strong opportunities to learn and grow in a supportive team environment. You’ll be a key part of delivering a great customer experience while building your technical expertise. What You’ll Be Doing * Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA reverse vending machines (RVMs) at customer locations * Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues, with support from experienced colleagues when needed * Carry out both preventative maintenance and reactive repairs to ensure equipment uptime * Support the installation and commissioning of new machines following training * Build positive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted and friendly face of TOMRA * Work closely with retailers and site contacts to ensure a smooth and professional service experience * Travel regularly within your region, with occasional overnight stays and visits to service hubs * Accurately record work, se
