Must Have
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Data-center or mission-critical UPS experience, Minimum 3 years' experience with UPS, Understanding of electrical systems, Hands-on experience troubleshooting high-power systems
Nice to Have
Familiarity with SCADAMS systems, Fluent in additional languages

Perform on-site diagnostics

Repair Delta UPS products
Maintain Delta UPS products
Lead complex service activities
Perform Level 2-5 commissioning
Perform system start-ups
Perform performance testing
Verify correct installations
Provide escalated technical support
Conduct root-cause analysis
Feed insights back to engineering
Deliver technical training programs
Develop training materials
Develop troubleshooting guides

Serve as subject-matter expert
