About our Service Engineer/Technician vacancy: Work Region – Florianópolis and region (80%) and travel across Brazil (20%) Activities: * Perform installation, calibration and preventive and corrective maintenance activities of three-dimensional equipment (portal and column type), tomographs and on-site optics. * Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment installed in the customers to avoid operational downtime, through the proper interpretation of data and use of knowledge/technical instructions, acting according to the metric guidelines of quality, productivity, service, costs and safety, health and environment. * Maintain accurate records of services performed in order to meet individual performance targets and ensure that equipment performance can be monitored. * Develop knowledge of the company's products and services through working together with other members of the Services team (engineers and technicians from the beginning) * Ensure customer satisfaction according to service, deadline, performance and quality m
