We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Field Service Engineer** to join our international team and support customers across Poland, Latvia, and the Czech Republic. This is a hands-on, field-based role ideal for someone who enjoys working close to production environments, solving technical challenges, and ensuring high equipment performance directly at customer sites. **Key Responsibilities:** * Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial equipment at customer locations * Diagnose technical issues and provide effective on-site solutions * Deliver technical support and preventive maintenance activities * Train and support customer operators and maintenance teams * Collaborate closely with internal service, engineering, and sales teams * Prepare service documentation and reports after interventions * Support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Experience working in production or industrial environments such as food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, chemical, or related industries * Previous experience as a machine operator, maintenance technician, service technician, production engineer, or similar technical role * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills * Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region * Ability to work independently and proactively in a field-based environment * Communicative knowledge of English **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to work with modern industrial technologies in an international environment * Continuous learning, technical training, and professional development * Independent and dynamic role with high level of autonomy * Career growth opportunities within a global organization * Supportive and collaborative team culture
