What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical and mechanical service work, Experience in customer-facing technical support or field service environments, Fluent English communication skills, Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Teams, Independent and proactive working style, Valid driver’s license, Based in Surat or willing to relocate to Surat
Nice to Have
Experience with PLC systems or industrial automation, Background in recycling, mining, heavy machinery, or industrial automation industries, Experience in B2B industrial service environments

Repair sorting systems
Maintain sorting systems
Upgrade sorting systems
Troubleshoot electrical issues
Troubleshoot mechanical issues
Perform root cause analysis
Provide technical support
Minimize machine downtime
Train customer operators
Train maintenance teams
Document service activities
Provide service reports
Ensure Health & Safety compliance
