Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field, 2+ years of experience in medical devices, optical equipment, or precision machinery, Understanding of electronic and mechanical systems, Problem-solving ability and analytical thinking, Customer-centric service mindset, Proficiency in Korean and English (technical document comprehension and collaboration with global teams), Valid driver's license

Experience with DORC (retinal surgery) equipment or similar surgical equipment
What You'll Do.
and set up DORC equipment
Perform regular maintenance and preventive checks
Provide technical support for equipment performance optimization
Resolve issues and perform repairs based on customer requests
Provide training on equipment usage and maintenance
Analyze causes of equipment issues and propose solutions
Document service activities and problem-solving processes
Support MED MCS (Surgical Microscope) products
Participate in training for latest technology and product information
Comply with company quality and safety standards

Collaborate with internal ZEISS teams to share and resolve technical issues; Build trust relationships through close communication with customers
