You’ll work on the front lines of our Cryo technology, ensuring system uptime, resolving technical issues, and supporting customers who rely on precise temperature control to protect valuable biological samples. **How you’ll add value in the role of Field Service Engineer** As a Field Service Engineer at Azenta, you will be on the front lines of our Cryo solutions, working directly with customers to keep cryogenic freezers, automated storage systems, carriers, and thawing devices operating reliably and efficiently. You will play a hands‑on role in installing, maintaining, and improving LN₂‑based and cryo‑temperature systems, while building trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
