The Field Service Engineer Benelux handles the daily service needs of the customer’s equipment by driving customer satisfaction. This position is part of the Field Service Organization located in the Netherlands and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: • Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, validation and service repair needs on equipment in GMP environment • Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction • Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and accurate follow-up, leading to customer happiness. • Maintaining tools and test equipment accurately and ensuring they are calibrated. • Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements. • Applying the right process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving. • Travel is required.
