ZEISS has approx. 43,000 employees and is represented in almost 50 countries with 30 production sites, 60 Sales & Service offices and 27 R&D facilities. **Purpose of the Role** As a Field Service Engineer within our Industrial Quality Solutions team, you represent ZEISS at the customer’s location. You are never in the same place, and every day looks different and brings new challenges. You perform maintenance and repairs, identify opportunities, and provide optimal service to the customer. You are responsible for activities within the Netherlands and will occasionally travel to customers in Belgium or Luxembourg. Your team in the Benelux consists of 10 technical colleagues. **The key responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):** * You handle the daily installation, maintenance, and repair of ZEISS high-tech measuring machines. * You provide first-line support to customers. * You identify new needs among existing customers to maximize customer satisfaction. * You manage your administration, measuring tools, test equipment, and technical documenta
