In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. **The essential requirements of the job include: ** * Install, configure, certify and maintain Spectrophotometers and associated software. * Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repairs of equipment. * Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance. * Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment usage. * Document service activities and maintain accurate records. * Collaborate with the engineering and sales teams to address customer needs and improve product offerings. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols. * Stay updat
