What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Relevant qualification in electrical engineering or vehicle maintenance (e. g. , NVQ Level 3), The ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards, organizational and time management skills, Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on professionalism, Proven experience as a field engineer, with demonstrated skills in electrical and electronic diagnostics, Experience working under pressure and meeting tight timelines, relationship-building capabilities with customers
Nice to Have
Level 4 Diploma in Vehicle Diagnostics, Experience with Real Time Information systems, Familiarity with GPRS communications, Proficient in IT systems with knowledge in basic networking, Experience in a similar field environment, Understanding of Quality Systems and procedures, Sound electrical troubleshooting knowledge, Knowledge of best engineering practices, Accreditation in Emergency First Aid at Work and any HERS Found level, NVQ Level 2

Maintain effective communication with customers regarding maintenance and fault resolution
Install and commission on-vehicle and on-street systems
