Must Have
NTC/Diploma, 2-3 years of industrial equipment repair experience, Driver license
Nice to Have
Bilingual Able (Korean / English), Experience in an industrial/manufacturing equipment repair environment, Experience in sales of service contracts and equipment supplies, Experience dealing with customers at all levels, particularly in manufacturing environments, Understanding of customers in Food, Beverage, Pharma, Household, Extrusion, Wire & Cable, Automotive etc., Experience with marking machines in factory automation facilities or related equipment
What You'll Do.
Execute preventive maintenance jobs for all customers as stipulated in the service contracts.
Quick and timely response to onsite service requests of customers for VJ equipment.
Provide good and effective trouble shooting and repair of VJ equipment.
Provide good service and technical advice to ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide basic user training and basic maintenance procedures to end-users.
Provide new equipment installation services.
Provide equipment sales support (e. g. equipment set up for demo).
Handle any customer service enquiries.
Continuously improving technical knowledge on VJ equipment.
VOC – ensuring local market demands are fed back into the SEA marketing team.
Perform other duties as required.
