Engineering or technical degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related areas., 0–2 years of experience in a related field., Valid driver's license., Ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams., Availability for frequent travel.

SEC A or B certification., Basic level of English., Other additional languages are valued.
What You'll Do.
Install and commission machinery according to customer requirements.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical
or performance issues in the field.
Perform preventive and seasonal maintenance before and after peak demand periods.
Disassemble and install components such as shafts
Support equipment upgrades
and improvements in collaboration with Engineering and R&D.
Share feedback from the field to improve internal procedures and technical instructions.
Identify and communicate follow-up opportunities to the sales team.
Use and maintain company tools in good condition.
Provide guidance or training to customers and junior service technicians when needed.
Ensure customer concerns are addressed professionally and escalated when appropriate.

Tus principales responsabilidades incluyen: * Instalar y poner en marcha maquinaria de acuerdo con los requerimientos del cliente. * Diagnosticar y resolver problemas mecánicos, eléctricos o de rendimiento en terreno. * Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y estacional antes y después de los períodos de mayor demanda. * Desmontar e instalar componentes como ejes, motores, transportadores y rodamientos. * Apoyar actualizaciones, pruebas y mejoras de equipos en colaboración con Ingeniería y I+D. * Compartir comentarios desde terreno para mejorar procedimientos internos e instrucciones técnicas. * Identificar y comunicar oportunidades de seguimiento al equipo comercial. * Utilizar y mantener las herramientas de la empresa en buen estado. * Brindar orientación o capacitación a clientes y técnicos de servicio junior cuando sea necesario. * Asegurar que las inquietudes de los clientes se aborden de forma profesional y se escalen cuando co
