What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Associate's degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent military or industry experience, 5 years of hands-on experience in field service, maintenance, or bench level troubleshooting of electronic systems, LINACs (medical or industrial), HV power supplies, modulators, klystrons, SSPAs, RF systems, interlocks, Experience working with high-power electronics, RF systems, high-voltage equipment, industrial/scientific systems, Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, service documentation, Must possess a valid U. S. passport, Must possess a valid driver's license, Ability to manage the physical demands of the job, lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, working in confined spaces, twisting, kneeling, working at elevated heights, working in noisy environments with hearing protection, Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally

Nice to Have

Exposure to thermal management or cooling systems, chillers, temperature control units, sensors, Prior customer facing field service experience, Experience working in safety critical or regulated environments, Familiarity with structured troubleshooting, failure reporting, escalation processes

What You'll Do.

Perform on-site installation

preventive maintenance

Troubleshoot electrical

Verify system performance

Identify common cooling and thermal issues

Complete accurate and timely field service reports

performing testing and repair of RMA parts
