A new opportunity has arisen at Syntegon for a dual skilled Field Service Engineer for the food packaging division, specialising in Secondary Packaging. Key Responsibilities: * Install, commission, and maintain Syntegon Secondary Packaging equipment, including final mechanical positioning, levelling, running equipment to agreed specifications and ultimately perform site acceptance tests. * Travel globally (approximately 80% of the time, including both national and international assignments), with flexibility for short-notice travel and occasional weekend work. * Carry out routine maintenance and planned servicing according to service agreements and schedules. * Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues, identifying root causes and liaising with engineering teams when necessary. * Provide customer training on equipment operation and routine maintenance,
