At SimonMed, the Field Service Engineer is responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing diagnostic imaging equipment across clinical sites. This role ensures MRI, CT, and X-Ray systems remain fully operational, safe, and compliant so patients can receive timely, high-quality imaging services. This is a highly technical, field-based role that combines engineering expertise with customer service and operational responsiveness. Strong problem-solving skills: You diagnose equipment issues, collaborate with manufacturers and operators, and resolve technical problems efficiently to minimize downtime.
