As a Field Service Engineer, you will play an important role in ensuring healthcare professionals and laboratories can operate with confidence, helping support better outcomes for patients across Indonesia. ## **Your Opportunity** As a Field Service Engineer based in Malang, you will be responsible for delivering technical service and engineering support across Roche Diagnostics’ laboratory network. You will support instrument installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service activities to ensure optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will: * Perform installation, troubleshooting, corrective maintenance, and preventive maintenance for Roche Diagnostics analytical systems within the assigned territory * Conduct pre-installation inspections and ensure all installations are completed according to Roche quality and compliance standards * Deliver responsive and high-quality technical support to minimize instrument downtime and customer complaints * Manage and maintain accurate service documentation, including CRM updates, service reports, territory reports, and expense documentation * Handle customer inquiries and technical complaints in accordance with Roche procedures and applicable SOPs * Ensure proper spare parts management and inventory accuracy to support operational excellence * Collaborate closely with inte
