The Field Service Engineer supports the team on providing highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installations, as well as contributes in the resolution of any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems, performing regular preventive maintenance on existing systems, checks out and approves operational quality of system equipment. ### Key Responsibilities * Perform **preventative and corrective maintenance** on high-value semiconductor capital equipment at customer sites. * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Ensure compliance with **health, safety, and environmental standards.** * Work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. * Maintain accurate service reports and documentation. * Ability to read and understand technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, electrical schematics, gases knowledge. * Support continuous improvement initiatives. * Follows standard practices and procedures in analysing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained. * Instructing customers in the operation and maintenance of the system and serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. * High focus on Safety, Quality and Compliance standards. ### Profile & Requirements * Valid **driving licence** and willingness to travel. * EU work authorisation required. * Minimum 1**year + of technical or mecha
