What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate's Degree with 1+ years of relevant field service or technical, or equivalent hands-on experience, Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electro-mechanical, electronic, or instrumentation systems, Ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders in a service-oriented environment
Nice to Have
Diagnosing and repairing medical devices or laboratory instrumentation, Field Service Engineering supporting electrical, mechanical, biomedical, or scientific equipment, Building customer relationships that drive satisfaction and long-term retention
