You’ll play a key role in ensuring maximum machine uptime, delivering excellent technical support, and building strong customer relationships. ### This is a field-based role working from home, with regular travel across the UK and occasional opportunities to support customers in Ireland and Europe. ### **Key Responsibilities** * ### Installation and commissioning of new and relocated CMM, Optical and X-ray systems * ### Service, calibration and preventative maintenance activities * ### Responding to customer breakdowns and resolving machine issues onsite and remotely * ### Providing first-class technical support and customer service * ### Diagnosing faults and escalating issues where required * ### Managing serv
