As a field service engineer you work onsite at various customer locations in a cleanroom environment. Create and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through advanced customer service skills, implementing permanent solutions while maintaining a "safety first" mentality. Comprehensive and swift reporting Travel within the ASM Europe region we have many customers scattered throughout the region, and therefore the FSE role is a high travel position, up to 75% of annual time (divided between 50% working locally at customer site and 50% travelling to other locations). Your customer base will be in Irel
