Every role contributes to that mission, whether you’re engineering, driving sales, improving production, or supporting our customers. **What You’ll Do** As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for Alexander Dennis products across the Scotland. You’ll diagnose and repair faults on a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems, ensuring vehicles are attended to promptly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with customers to provide technical advice and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will include fault diagnosis, preventative and reactive maintenance, warranty claim support, and ensuring your service vehicle is fully equipped. You’ll also engage in regular training to maintain product expertise and stay up-to-date with all product developments. **What We’re Looking For** We’re looking for a time-served PCV/LGV technician with strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, electrical, and hybrid/EV systems. You’ll be self-motivated, adaptable, and professional, with the ability to work independently and lead a team.
