Must Have
Fluent German, Fluent English, At least 5 years of field sales experience, Proven track record of driving in-store sell-out, Solid knowledge of the German retail landscape, Results-driven mindset, Passion for innovative consumer products, Genuine enthusiasm for the Shark and Ninja brands, Interpersonal skills, Ability to build lasting relationships, High self-motivation, Ability to independently manage a large, geographically broad territory, Organizational skills, Ability to effectively plan and prioritize your own schedule, Experience analyzing sell-out data, Valid driver’s license, Willingness to travel within Germany

Experience in SDA or consumer electronics, Experience with key accounts such as MediaMarkt, Saturn, Expert, Euronics, EP, and specialized SDA retailers

The sales territory covers the Lower Saxony region and involves regular travel within Germany. Overview As part of the extraordinary growth SharkNinja has achieved in Germany, we are seeking an experienced individual to strengthen our team in the role of Field Sales Representative. This role is critical to further strengthening our presence at the point of sale. Working closely with our Key Account Managers, Trade Marketing, and the European hub, this person will be the face of Shark and Ninja in retail – ensuring flawless execution and outstanding sell-out performance with our retail partners in the Small Domestic Appliances (SDA) category. Responsibilities Managing and developing a defined sales territory in Germany through regular visits to key retail partners Ensuring flawless in-store execution: planogram compliance, optimal product placement, shelf visibility for Shark and Ninja products Training and inspiring in-store sales staff to act as brand ambassadors – through regular product trainings and live demos across your customer base Driving sell-out performance by identifying and executing local promotional opportunities in-store and in the digita
