What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of outside or field sales experience, ideally B2B, Experience selling into multifamily, hospitality, fitness, beauty, or service industries, Comfort with cold prospecting and door-to-door / property-to-property selling, Strong communication and relationship-building skills, Self-directed: you can manage your own calendar, pipeline, and priorities without daily supervision, Valid California driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance, A clean and safe driving record, Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and standard sales tech, A track record of meeting or exceeding quota, Experience launching a sales territory from scratch

We serve households, businesses, and properties across the country, and we’re growing fast. We’re building a brand people love and a service people can’t live without. **About the Role** We’re hiring a Field Sales Representative (FSR) to own customer acquisition across the Los Angeles metro and North County San Diego areas (Escondido) to bring business into our Commercial Laundromat in Venture, CA and Public Laundromat in Escondido, CA. You’ll spend more than half your week in the field — walking properties, knocking doors, sitting across from decision-makers, and closing accounts that drive recurring revenue for Hampr. You’ll be the face of the brand in your territory. This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role for someone who loves being out, loves people, and loves the close.
