Join Alfa Laval, a global leader in heat transfer solutions, and help industries reduce CO₂ emissions, improve energy efficiency, and accelerate the transition to clean energy. **About the Role:** As a Field Sales Engineer in our Process Heat Exchangers team, you’ll partner with existing customers and develop new business across diverse industries – from mining and chemicals to renewable energy and emerging technologies. **What You’ll Do:** * Build strong relationships with key accounts and identify new opportunities. * Deliver tailored solutions that improve efficiency and reduce energy footprints. * Prepare and deliver technical-commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and company requirements. * Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals. * Represent Alfa Laval at customer meetings, webinars, and industry events. **What We’re Looking For:** * Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or similar). * 5+ years in technical sales, ideally in industrial process equipment. * Strong communication, problem-solving, and business development skills. * Knowledge in separation technologies will be an added advantage. **W
