As we shape a more resourceful and less wasteful world, we also build our careers in an open and innovative environment. **About the role** We are looking for a **Field Sales Engineer** to drive sales growth within the **Service Energy division** by promoting Alfa Laval’s **service portfolio** , developing strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities across assigned territories. In this customer-facing role, you will combine technical understanding with commercial execution to support customers through value-based service solutions, including maintenance, upgrades, spare parts and long-term service agreements. You will work closely with internal sales teams, service operations and division leaders to execute sales strategies, manage opportunities and strengthen Alfa Laval’s market presence through proactive customer engagement. This is a dynamic field sales role where success depends on your ability to understand customer needs, manage pipelines effectively and convert opportunities into sustainable business growth. **Key responsibilities** * Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval products and service solutions * Analyze market trends, customer behavior and business opportunities to develop effective sales plans aligned with divisional strategy * Identify, develop and manage leads from market activity and customer interactions to ensure a strong sales pipeline * Conduct regular customer visits, meetings and technical-commercial interactions to understand customer needs and promote value-based solutions * Manage customer grids, sales planning and operational activities proactively through internal tools * Develop tailored value propositions and quotations that reflect customer re
