Must Have

1–2 years of proven success in in-person sales, including experience building client relationships, meeting or exceeding sales targets, and effectively communicating the value of products or services in a face-to-face environment, interpersonal and communication confident speaking with senior stakeholders in person, Energetic, outgoing personality with the ability to start conversations and build rapport quickly, Highly organized and comfortable working in fast-paced environments, Willingness to travel regularly for events and conferences (up to 70% of the time)

Qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives and senior sales staff

Provide feedback from events to improve targeting

Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform outreach strategy

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align on event strategy, messaging, and follow-up

Confident speaking with senior stakeholders in person; Ability to start conversations and build rapport quickly
