Must Have
3–5 years of commercial experience from B2B, preferably close to sales work, and strong commercial understanding, Good business and sales understanding, and works structured and systematically in daily work, Proactive and a clear driver, takes initiative and ensures good follow-up and progress, Analytical skills and comfortable using data to create insight and find good solutions, Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and works accurately with structure and data quality, Experience with sales reporting, dashboards and analyses, and ability to communicate insights clearly, Experience with projects and cross-functional collaboration, and enjoys coordinating and finding solutions across, Enjoys the role as a link between Sales and other departments, and contributes with a positive and solution-oriented approach, Communicates well and clearly in Norwegian
What You'll Do.
Ensure effective sales execution through structure
and good information flow to the Field Sales organization
Act as a link between Field Sales and internal departments
and follow up on deliveries and deadlines affecting sales and customers
Provide operational support to Field Sales
including coordination and assistance with customer cases as needed
collaboration with Sales and Customer Service
Responsibility for reporting
and commercial insight
as well as structure and data quality in sales systems (e.g.
Salesforce and Tradesolution)
Lead and coordinate sales-related projects and improvement initiatives that simplify and strengthen the sales organization's daily work
