What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, Must be 21 years of age, Possess a valid driver’s license, Maintain a clean driving record, Ability to pass a driving background check, Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
Nice to Have
In-home sales experience preferred, Experience with a CRM is a plus
What You'll Do.
Self-generate sales leads
Present in-home presentations on solar products
Make genuine human connection with customers
Qualify and vet solar as a viable energy solution
Develop effective self-generated sales strategies
Provide industry leading customer sales experience
Conduct in-home sales presentations
Evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs
Build productive long lasting relationships
Handle pipeline of activity from prospect to install
Follow up with all leads
Accurately disposition and report on outcomes
