What They're Looking For.

Must Have

5–7+ years in strategic B2B enterprise sales, Experience in SaaS, HR tech, or benefits platforms, Familiarity with public/private tenders and long-cycle deals, command of Salesforce CRM, Advanced commercial, legal, and negotiation skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

Certifications in strategic selling or solution selling
