What You'll Do.
Provide daily support to facilities
Drive execution of Health & Safety standards
Provide coaching on hazard identification
Provide coaching on risk assessment
Lead incident investigations
Provide prevention recommendations
Conduct safety compliance reviews
Provide information on safety management systems
Perform other safety and health tasks
Work closely with operations teams
Work closely with engineering teams
Work closely with technical services teams
Work closely with contractors
Bolster effective performance of safety programs
Bolster effective performance of safety policies
Drive a culture of sustained safety excellence
Maintain working knowledge of safety regulations
Perform tasks to ensure compliance
Review regulatory requirements
Provide guidance on Company initiatives
Provide guidance on Company standards
Collect data on safety program effectiveness
Assess data on safety program effectiveness
Instruct on safe work permitting
Consult on safe work permitting
Participate in site audits
Participate in site inspections
Lead project safety reviews
