Full Job Description

Are you a Field Safety Advisor searching for new experiences? As a leading Trane® independent office, Brady brings efficient, reliable, and secure building solutions throughout central and eastern North Carolina. The Field Safety Advisor serves as a hands-on safety resource supporting service operations and project work across all business locations. This role is primarily field-based, with regular visits to job sites and customer locations to assess safety conditions, identify hazards, and help teams develop practical, compliant, and effective solutions to work-related safety challenges before, during, and after work is performed. When not in the field, the Field Safety Advisor will work from a company office. The position requires the ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with associates, project teams, customers, and the EHS team. A company-provided work truck serves as the primary mobile office while in the field. Building trust, credibility, and strong working relationships—while consistently maintaining and enforcing safety standards—is essential to success in this role. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Other duties may be assigned. Lead safety programs and initiatives by positively influencing associates’ actions and behaviors toward safer work practices Support the development, implementation, training, periodic updating, and auditing of a comprehensive Safety program across all business locations to promote a safety-focused culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and secure a safe work environment for all associates Collaborate closely with the EHS team to ensure consistency in safety standards, messaging, and field execution Assist with larger or higher-risk projects by providing safety planning, coordination, and field oversight Support customer safety prequalification processes,
