Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience) in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, Hands-on experience deploying, integrating, and debugging robotic software systems, Experience with the ROS ecosystem, Solid Linux proficiency, Fluency with Git or similar version control, Programming skills in C++ and Python, Willingness to travel to customer sites, including domestically and internationally depending on project needs, Valid US driver's license, Must be authorized to work in the United States, Proficiency in English

Our unique combination of learning-based automation and augmented remote control enables a single operator to safely manage a fleet of earthmoving machines in a gamified environment. With over a decade of academic experience at the cutting edge of large-scale robotics, our team is rapidly translating this expertise into real-world deployments with industry leaders in a trillion-dollar market.   Our Rooftop Autonomous Control Kit (RACK) integrates sensing, compute, communication, and networking into a manufacturer-agnostic solution that works across a wide range of construction machines. We operate at the intersection of hardware, software, and real-world deployment, and we're growing fast. ## About the Role We're building out our US field team and looking for a hands-on Field Robotics Engineer to be part of it from the ground up. You'll own the end-to-end technical execution of customer deployments across the Americas, from initial site assessment through live operations, and work directly with R&D and Operations to continuously sharpen how we plan, test, and deliver. This is not a desk job. You'll be on-site, getting systems to perform in real-world conditions, troubleshooting integrated robotic systems under pressure, and serving as the trusted technical face of Gravis to our customers.
