Solid knowledge of basic understanding of plant breeding is a plus

Supporting greenhouse operations in Carmona during off-peak field periods

Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth information flow and alignment across the seed production cycle
Supervising temporary field staff when required
Actively contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency

This role will support the delivery of seed development activities across field and nursery operations by: Accountabilities: * Planning and executing core agronomic operations - sowing, planting, sampling, harvesting, maintenance, and crop isolations - in both field and nursery settings. * Recording and reporting agronomic data (flowering, diseases, and other key indicators) using Syngenta's operational tools and standards. * Supporting greenhouse operations in Carmona during off-peak field periods, contributing to year-round productivity. * Coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth information flow and alignment across the seed production cycle. * Supervising temporary field staff when required, and actively contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency. ## Qualifications * FP in any agricultural field; Agricultural Engineering degree or equivalent will also be considered. * Previous experience
